Is it legal to buy seeds?

Can I get a refund or exchange my order?

  • All sales are final, which means there are no refunds or exchanges allowed.
  • You cannot request refunds or exchanges for orders that have a tracking number assigned to them.
  • If you need replacement seeds, they will come from a different batch of the same strain as your original order.
  • You can make updates to orders that do not have a tracking number yet.
  • Refunds are only considered for packages with a tracking number if they are in “returned to sender” status, and the mailer has not been opened or tampered with.

Where does my order come from?

  • If you’re in Canada, your order comes from Vancouver, British Columbia. It should arrive in 3 to 7 days.
  • For other places, orders from Los Angeles, California, take 3 to 7 days to arrive.

What if my seeds grow poorly, less than 80% of them?

  • Contact us and tell us how you tried to make the seeds grow. We’ll figure out what went wrong and help you improve next time.

How can I get free seeds?

  • You can get a free seed by giving us a perfect five-star rating.
  • Also, if you spend over $420 on purchases, we’ll give you ten extra seeds for free.

How can I have free shipping?

  • If you spend $200 or more, you won’t have to pay for delivery.

How can I send pictures?

  • You can email pictures to [email protected].
  • If you want to be featured on our social media, email [email protected] with the strain’s name and pictures.
      You can choose whether your social media account info should be shown or kept private.

International Shipping:

  • If you wish to send items beyond the borders of Canada, the United States, or US Territories, it will be classified as an international delivery. To proceed with this, a minimum expenditure of $200 or purchasing at least 20 seeds is required.
  • You are responsible for covering any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges when conducting international shipments.
  • We employ discreet shipping methods, and it is imperative to provide accurate email addresses and phone numbers tailored to your respective country when placing an order.
  • If you purchase from outside the United States, please note that exchanges or refunds for your order are impossible.
  • We cannot guarantee an 80% germination rate for seeds sent internationally.
  • While we cannot provide an exact delivery date, we will furnish you with a USPS tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment’s progress.

  • We offer various payment methods for international customers, including:

  • We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for any sales. It’s a final deal.
  • The prices you see are in USD and apply to all customers.
  • If you’re in Canada and choose your country at checkout, you’ll see prices in CAD.
  • You can use Credit or Debit cards with a Discover, American Express, Visa or Mastercard logo if you’re in the USA or Canada to make payments.

  • You can use E-Transfer to pay for all Canadian orders.
  • We accept MoneyGram payments electronically.
  • Orders totaling over $420 USD/CAD will require signature and identity confirmation when you purchase them, as well as a signature upon delivery. Please note that all sales are final.
  • Coupons cannot be combined, and you cannot apply them on top of ongoing promotions or sales.
  • If you have seed credit or coupons from previous orders that you’d like to redeem, you’ll need to place a new order as a cash purchase. To apply your credits, coupons, and payment for the current order, please call and speak with one of our representatives.

Delivery & Shipment Issues:

  • As all sales are final, we cannot accommodate refund requests or exchanges.
  • We do not offer compensation for any loss or damage that may occur during the shipping process.
  • For orders totaling less than $200, a standard delivery fee of $20 applies.
  • Orders within the United States are dispatched from Los Angeles, California, and are shipped to customers in all 50 states and US territories via USPS Priority Tracking.
  • For Canadian customers, domestic orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, using Canada Post.
  • Packages are typically expected to arrive within 3 to 7 days after shipping, depending on the chosen shipping carrier. Please be aware that the delivery schedule of the postal carrier may be subject to change.
  • Once an item leaves our warehouse, the recipient or customer should contact their local mail carrier to initiate a claim for any delays or issues. Below, you will find some links to tools that can assist in filing claims:
  • A Postal Service claim number is required to facilitate the resending of packages that have been reported as stolen or lost during delivery.
  • Also, parcels with a confirmed “Delivered” status will necessitate a Postal Service claim number for reshipment. Please include updated address information or proof of delivery confirmation with the new shipment in such instances.

Germination Guarantee:

  • We can only guarantee a germination rate higher than 80% if you follow our recommended method, which is included with every order.
  • Once a taproot has formed, plant the seed in regular potting soil to ensure survival.
      • NO nutrients & NO Fertilizers
  • Once the seeds start to grow in the soil, they start growing, and how they turn out depends on how the grower takes care of them.
  • Once you buy our seeds, you can’t return or exchange them, so make sure you want them.
  • Bulk MJ Seeds can’t control how the plants react to their surroundings, so we’re not responsible.
  • We promise that 80% of the seeds in any pack will start growing if you follow our germination instructions correctly.
  • If you don’t use bottled spring water for germination and the germination rate is below 80%, we won’t replace the seeds. Tap water, RO water, distilled water, well water, etc., don’t count.
  • If you put the seeds in a bag, cover them, or use a seed heating mat during germination, we won’t guarantee they’ll grow.
  • If you need help with your order, we can replace the product once per order.
  • You can claim the germination guarantee within two years of buying the seeds if you store them properly and follow the right germination method.
